This course will focus on and cover how officers can prepare to render medical aid to themselves or others while in the field. Officers will learn tactical responses, bleeding control, follow-on care and evacuation tactics in order to bridge the gap until more advanced medical care arrives. This course is meant to help officers to save lives by empowering them with the skills and knowledge to render self aid under stressful environment situations and scenarios.
